Eligible returns
Unused items in original packaging may be reviewed for return or exchange approval.
Damaged items
Share order number, product photos and packaging photos so the issue can be checked quickly.
Non-returnable cases
Used hygiene products, altered items or products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Approved refunds are processed after item inspection. Shipping fees and timelines depend on the order location and return reason.
